Very strategic location, book to play tennis with my wife, walking distance to sports complex Keningau, easy access to town area, 5 minutes drive to town area. Will stay again.

The hotel condition has a lot to be improved. The sofa cushions and tea table have a lot of stains on them. No one-time slippers provided. Tbh I was a bit reluctant to use the slippers they provided but there was no other choice. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten. Aircon remote was not working. Breakfast was very basic. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful though.
